Change of the Registered Agent (Offshore Company)

Customers may choose to change the existing Agent of the Company.

Process Steps

1. Customers can log in to Dubai Trade Portal
2. Navigate to “Registration” and select “Offshore Registration Amendment – Approval.”
3. Select ‘Register Agent Change’ to submit the required documentation to change the Agent of the Company

Documents Required

• Appointment Letter from the New Agent
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Current Agent
• Shareholder(s) Resolution stating the Change of Agent stamped by the Existing Agent (stamped by the new Agent)
• Original Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA & AOA)
• Amended Memorandum of Association (MOA) signed by the shareholders

The Registrar reserves the right to call for any extra documents if necessary.
