The Fitout Manual
The primary objective of the FIT-OUT Manual is to enable tenants and other stakeholders to better understand the process and procedures involved to achieve an efficient and optimum workplace environment, in compliance with Jafza standards and requirements. It explains the procedures that must be followed throughout the various stages of FIT-OUT works (i.e., project planning, submissions, approvals, execution, handover, and acceptance of the works).

The primary objective of the Development Control Regulation (DCR) – Warehouse / Logistics document is to guide tenants and other stakeholders in understanding the planning, design, and development standards for warehouse/logistics plots within Jafza. It outlines the key plot parameters and regulatory requirements that must be adhered to when developing or modifying facilities in these designated zones. This includes specifications for permitted land use, plot coverage. maximum building heights and boundary wall height, allowable GFA distribution, setbacks, and parking provisions, all in alignment with the Jafza Master Plan.
