Jafza provides its customers with a convenient, secure and easy to use Portal eServices platform for conducting majority of their business transactions. Each customer is registered to this eServices platform on Dubai Trade (http://www.dubaitrade.ae) and can access the services using appropriate authentication through usernames and passwords.Each registered customer will have an administrative user who is the authorised person to manage the access to all of Jafza eServices within that organization. This administrative user can then create additional users within the organization and assign them with relevant access rights.

Dubai Trade Portal is a single-sign-on, single window, easy to use and secure channel to the online services of various Business entities such as Economic Zones World, DP World and Dubai Customs. These services provide a streamlined flow of services designed around customer needs and targeted at customer satisfaction.

Jafza has more than 120 eServices available on Dubai Trade portal and currently include services in the areas of Freezone Registration, License Management, Zone Administration and On-line Payment services. For example, customers can apply for a visa, request for renewal of a Company Employment Card, apply for employee dependent services, generate a statement of account, generate a list of documents due to expire in a specific period, request for utility services, update contact details, intimate Jafza about employee arrival, generate employee contracts for approval by Jafza etc, all online. Customers can also top up their portal deposits and cash guarantee using online payment services. They can make payments against invoices. Modes of payment include credit cards (Visa / MasterCard), e-Dirham and Direct Debit with many banks.
