Starting a Dubai business in the Jebel Ali Free Zone

• Download the Jafza Corporate Brochure or collect it from one of the Jafza Customer Service information counters located in Jafza LOB 14 and 15, go through the documents carefully.
• Select the type of company you wish to establish from either a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) , Free Zone Company (FZCO) or Branch.
• Select the type of license (activity) you wish to have; trading, general trading or service.
• Then select the facility required (Office, LIU or Land Plot).
• Once you have made your decision fill out the appropriate Application Form.
• Ensure you provide passports copy of each individual (shareholders and/or managers), projects summary and parent company’s profile (in case of Branch formation) and submit them at the Jafza Customer Service information counters.
• Once the application form is approved the sales department will then request you to submit necessary legal documents as per the registration type.
